We collect information you provide directly (name, email, shipping data), information from connected commerce platforms and carriers, and usage data collected automatically (page views, feature interactions) via PostHog analytics.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the FreightAmp service, process shipments, generate analytics, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data retention

Shipment and telemetry data is retained according to your plan tier (30 days on Sandbox and Lite, 60 days on Growth, 90 days on Pro, 1 year on Scale, indefinitely on Enterprise). Account data is retained until you delete your account.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics and functional cookies are only set after you provide consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@freightamp.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
