Terms of Service

Effective: June 18, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using FreightAmp you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

FreightAmp provides freight management software connecting commerce platforms to shipping carriers. We do not act as a freight broker or carrier. All carrier agreements are between you and the carrier.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@freightamp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods except as required by law.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use FreightAmp to ship illegal goods, attempt to circumvent carrier restrictions, reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated scrapers against our API beyond authorized rate limits.

6. Limitation of liability

FreightAmp's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
